| Many organisations require training workshops in relevant
improvement techniques to enable movement towards more efficient, lean
operations. Ariom Solutions will tailor training events to suit your needs based around familiar techniques, for example, 5S workplace organisation, 7 Wastes, Job Standardisation, Value Management and Value Stream Mapping. To provide continuity, the same people who conducted the assessment will facilitate your workshops. The workshops are interactive, utilise the local workplace, are informal and enjoyable. Kaizen (rapid improvement) events will be incorporated as appropriate to enable your organisation to benefit from the newly gained knowledge as quickly as possible. The workshops are designed to optimise the learning, enabling participants to implement changes in the workplace.
